These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and GLOBAL EDUCATION INSTITUTE LIMITED, a corporation legally registered in Hong Kong ("we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website www.solomoat.com and any associated streaming platforms or services.

By accessing the site, registering an account, or initiating a membership tier, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using our services and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Membership Tiers & Access Structures

SOLOMOAT delivers proprietary global entrepreneurial training and market analysis through a structured membership ecosystem hosted via our Kajabi infrastructure. Access privileges are strictly divided into the following tiers:

  • Free Tier Membership: Registered free users are granted a restricted, introductory license to sample our materials. This includes access to exactly two (2) foundational online mini-MBA modules within Garbo Decodes China (with no access to future course drops), one (1) new promotional issue of The Niche Hunter newsletter, and our public Blog content. We reserve the right to modify or terminate free tier allocations at any time.

3. Intellectual Property Rights & Licensing

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the website, platform architecture, video scripts, strategic frameworks, trade secrets, data visualizations, and intellectual narratives hosted across both Garbo Decodes China and The Niche Hunter are the exclusive intellectual property of GLOBAL EDUCATION INSTITUTE LIMITED. They are fully protected under international copyright, trademark, and proprietary property definitions.

  • Single Solopreneur Seat License: Your premium subscription grants you a single-user, non-transferable, revocable license for internal personal training or solo corporate modeling. Account sharing, credential pooling, or group buying across corporate teams or business partners is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of contract, resulting in immediate account closure without liability.
  • Anti-Scraping & Non-Distribution: You may not republish, broadcast, sell, or distribute our insights to any third party. Furthermore, using automated scrapers, data extraction algorithms, or spiders to harvest our course materials or newsletter text for the purpose of training Large Language Models (LLMs) or public commercial repos is strictly illegal.

4. Billing, Auto-Renewal & 14-Day Conditional Refund Policy

All financial parameters governing Premium Subscriptions are processed through the following standard structures:

  • Secure Processing via Stripe: All membership billing cycles are handled securely via our PCI-compliant processing partner, Stripe. SOLOMOAT does not ingest or store raw credit card indicators on its databases.
  • Subscription Auto-Renewal & Cancellation: Paid memberships operate on a recurring billing cycle. Your account will automatically renew at the conclusion of each term unless you explicitly cancel your subscription inside your Kajabi user dashboard prior to the scheduled billing date. Upon cancellation, your Premium privileges remain active until the current paid period expires.
  • 14-Day Conditional Money-Back Guarantee: To lower the trust barrier for new solopreneurs entering our community, we offer a 14-day conditional refund period for first-time Premium activations. To qualify for a complete refund, you must demonstrate real platform engagement by having consumed no more than 20% of the premium video content and completed the introductory business modeling tasks within 14 days of purchase. 6. Prohibited Conduct

You may only utilize our platform for its designed educational intents. Prohibited actions include: manipulating system video players to batch-download files, posting defamatory or promotional spam in member-only blog feeds, and scanning our network nodes for platform vulnerabilities.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms, your interactions with the site, and any legal conflicts arising therefrom shall be governed entirely by and interpreted under the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. You unconditionally agree that any official litigation or arbitration procedures shall be filed and resolved exclusively within the competent courts of Hong Kong.
